Hi, I’m James. I’m interested in grassland fungi and their habitat, and using technology to investigate them.

Problems I noticed:

• Waxcap grassland is difficult to detect without surveying
• There are not enough surveyors to visit all threatened grassland
• Many fungi are under-recorded due to difficulty identifying them
• Information that is difficult to access does not get used

• Mobile web apps for habitat classification and fungi ID
